A mission-driven healthcare organization in rural New England (Bradford, Vermont) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice. This is a permanent, full-time role on a 4-day schedule with excellent support and work-life balance. Please see below for more information.
- 4-day schedule (35 clinical hours)
- 800-patient panel; approximately 2 patients per hour
- 1:1 MA support plus a full clinical team
- AI scribe, onsite lab, and onsite ultrasound
- Phone-only call (approximately 2 weeknights per month); shared Saturday clinic (~4 per year)
- Full-scope outpatient procedures
- Sign-on and relocation assistance, loan repayment support, CME allowance, generous PTO, and 100% employer-paid single health insurance
Job Responsibilities
- Manage an 800-patient panel; see approximately 2 patients per hour
- Perform full-scope outpatient procedures
- Provide phone-only call (approximately 2 weeknights per month)
- Participate in a shared Saturday clinic (~4 per year)
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Active Vermont state license
