Job description
We are seeking a Family Practice physician for a locum tenens position in Gilroy, California. This is an outpatient community health clinic role serving all ages. Please see below for more information.
- Outpatient community health clinic (brick and mortar; may split time across clinics)
- Schedule: 10am-7pm or 1pm-7pm, 3-5 days per week
- All ages - must be comfortable with kids and adults
- Avg daily census ~18 (21+ preferred)
- Ability to supervise midlevel providers
- Epic EMR
- Scheduled, no call
- 13-26 week assignment; full week Monday-Friday orientation required
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise midlevel providers
- See ~18 patients per day (21+ preferred)
- Attend full-week Monday-Friday orientation
- Work across brick and mortar clinic settings
Qualifications
- Active California license required (in-hand)
- DEA required
- BLS required
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Epic EMR experience
