Job description
We are seeking a Home Health Physician for a locum tenens position in Mankato, Minnesota. This is a Signify Health Float Pool opportunity conducting in-home health evaluations. Please see below for more information.
- Signify Health Float Pool
- In-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members
- Flexible schedule, Monday-Sunday 7a-7p, no nights or weekends required
- 6-9 visits per day
- No prescribing, lab, or treatment changes
- mySignify EMR
- Start as soon as credentialed
- 13 week assignment
Job Responsibilities
- Perform medication and history reviews
- Perform physical evaluations in members' homes
- Complete pre-populated evaluation forms
- Complete 6-9 visits per day
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota medical license (in-hand) required
- Master's degree
- New graduates accepted
- DEA not required
- Name clear required
