We are seeking a Home Health physician for a locum tenens position in Portland, Maine. Please see below for more information.
- Facility: Signify Health (Float Pool)
- Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members
- Flexible schedule, Monday-Sunday, 7:00a - 7:00p (no nights or weekends required)
- Average 6-9 visits per day
- No prescribing, lab ordering, or altering of treatment regimens (pre-populated patient-specific forms provided)
- mySignify EMR
- Start date: as soon as credentialed
- Assignment length: 13 weeks (short-term or long-term)
Job Responsibilities
• Perform medication and medical history reviews
• Complete physical evaluations in members' homes
• Document using pre-populated, patient-specific forms
• Complete 6-9 visits per day
Qualifications
• Active Maine medical license required (license in-hand)
• Master's degree required
• New graduates accepted
• DEA not required (no prescribing or diagnosing)
• Name clear required
