Position offers the opportunity to inherit an established patient panel and a balanced schedule with 4 clinic days per week! $300K salary guarantee, $25k Sign On Bonus, relocation assistance and more! Located 30 min. from Madison, 1 hr. from Milwaukee and 2 hrs. from Chicago you'll enjoy the best of suburban living with easy access to big city amenities!
Outpatient Only- 4 Clinical Days; Remote Admin Day. Average 18-20 patient visits per day. $300k Salary plus $25k Sign On; Excellent Benefits and Retirement Plan, PTO, CME time and money and more!.
