Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care position for Family Medicine physicians

• 100% office-based primary care in Ellington, Connecticut

• Team-based, coordinated care model with strong clinical support

Schedule & Call

• Full-time weekday schedule

• 4-day work week option with a 4/10 hybrid schedule " ask for details

• No inpatient responsibilities

• Phone call only, infrequent: approximately 1:3 weeks
