We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, mission-focused healthcare organization serving the Northern California coast. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote preventive medicine and wellness
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and specialists
- Utilize integrated support services to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Passion for serving medically underserved communities
- Excellent communication and collaborative care skills
Preferred
- Previous outpatient primary care experience
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $235,00-$270,000
- Up to $44,000 annual productivity bonus
- $12,400 annual access bonus (paid bi-weekly)
- $5,000 annual professional expense account for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
- Additional retention bonuses available
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
- NHSC and federal/state loan repayment opportunities ranging from $75,000-$300,000
