Join a full-service community health organization providing primary care, dental, and mental health services to underserved Queens communities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care and wellness assessments for patients of all ages (pediatric–adult); refer to specialty care as needed
- Manage medication needs and prescriptions
- Collaborate with case workers and clinical staff on treatment plans
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Monday–Friday, one late day (10–6, not required); no weekends or call
- GYN skills a plus, not required

Requirements:
- NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
- Family Medicine residency (MD) and Board Certification
