Practice meaningful medicine in the heart of Crow Country.
Join Tribal Health for a Family Medicine opportunity at Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, serving the Crow and Northern Cheyenne communities in southeastern Montana. The 24-bed facility offers a multidisciplinary environment with Family Medicine, Emergency Care, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Radiology, Dental, OB/GYN and other services.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient Primary Care setting
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Manage approximately 10–15 patients per day
- Focus on general Family Medicine and Primary Care
- Dedicated support from 2 Registered Nurses
- Credentialing typically takes 60–90 days but may be completed sooner
Job Responsibilities
• Provide primary care to patients of all ages
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Deliver preventive and routine care
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams
• Provide compassionate, culturally respectful care
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
Current BLS certification
DEA registration preferred/required prior to start
Ability to successfully complete credentialing and privileging requirements
