We're seeking an experienced physician to serve as Site Medical Director at West Tennessee State Penitentiary/Women's Therapeutic Residential Center in Henning, Tennessee.

Job Responsibilities
As Site Medical Director, you'll provide clinical leadership for the medical team, oversee quality patient care, collaborate with the Health Services Administrator, and help guide initiatives including Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention & Control, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics. This is an opportunity to influence patient outcomes while mentoring providers and shaping healthcare delivery.
