* Support Staff: One MA and one PAR assigned to each provider

Requirements
* Active Michigan license
* Board Certified in Family Medicine
* Family Medicine experience
* Local to Michigan
* Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days
Clinical Details
* Adult outpatient care
* Pediatric outpatient care
* Newborn through geriatric patient population
* Gynecology services including pelvic exams and Pap smears
* EKG interpretation
* Comprehensive primary care management
