* Schedule:
* Monday-Friday
* 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Patients per Day: Approximately 22
* EMR: Cerner
Requirements
* Any state license accepted
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
* BLS
* Minimum 3 years post-training experience
* Comfortable working independently
* Comfortable supervising APPs if needed
* Clean history

* Adult primary care
* Acute and follow-up visits
* Preventive care
* Chronic disease management
* Minor procedures (optional)
* Cross-coverage for patients from affiliated primary care clinics
