A provider-based Rural Health Clinic in Irvine, Kentucky is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established primary care team. Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Eligible for Kentucky Medical Licensure
