Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Indiana. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The ideal candidate will be board eligible and hold an MD or DO credential.
The role involves a schedule of daytime hours with on-call duties by phone only, on a 1:7 rotation. We are open to licensing the right candidate and offer a supportive environment to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
