A Family Medicine Physician opportunity is available with a well-established outpatient practice in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care.
Participate in shared home-based call coverage with other providers.
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
Deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Practice Highlights
Physician-led, multi-specialty practice.
Collaborative environment with support from Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and other specialties.
On-site ancillary services including laboratory, X-ray, sonography, physical therapy, dietitian services, and lactation support.
Epic electronic medical record system.
Flexible scheduling with most providers working 3–4 days per week.
Shared home-based call with after-hours nurse triage support.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Eligible for or currently holding an active Wisconsin medical license.
Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours
Typical Workweek: Most providers work 3–4 days per week
Call: Shared home-based call with after-hours nurse triage support
