Family Medicine Physician Opportunity - Coal City, Illinois Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a strong network of more than 150 primary care and specialty physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering remarkable healthcare experiences in Coal City, Illinois. Position Details
- Full-time direct patient care — minimum 40 hours per week
- Comprehensive primary care including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment management
- Medical history collection, documentation, and electronic medical record management
- Analysis of test results, imaging, and examination findings to inform diagnosis and treatment
- Patient education on procedures, test results, and prescribed treatments
- Monitoring of patient conditions and reevaluation of treatment plans as needed
- Proficiency in Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding
- On-call participation during weekdays and weekends as required
