Assignment Details:
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Start Date: August 5, 2026
- Assignment Length: Through December 31, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No Call
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
- Multiple providers will be considered
Locations:
- August: Fayetteville, GA
- Beginning in September: Lithonia, GA
Requirements:
- Active Georgia medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
- BLS certification required
Practice Information:
- Outpatient only
- No hospital privileges required
- No admissions or rounding
- No supervision of APPs
- Excellent clinical support including RNs, Medical Assistants, APPs, and office staff
Credentialing & Training:
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 21 days
- Epic training is required after credentialing and before the first shift
- Training is held every other week from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
