Job Title: Physician – Region 2 (Correctional Facility)
Location: Lebanon, OH 45036
Duration: Minimum 6 months (Potential for extension or permanent hire)
Schedule: Part-Time (24–32 hours/week)
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
On-Call: Not Required
Patient Load: Approximately 2.5 patients per hour
Interview Process: Video Interview + On-site Facility Tour
• Conduct physical examinations and medical evaluations.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Complete medical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Perform reclassifications and medical reviews as required.
• Refer patients for specialty care when necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and peer reviews.
• Practice in compliance with ODRC policies, procedures, and ACA standards.
Minimum Qualifications
• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
o Internal Medicine
o Family Medicine
o Emergency Medicine
• Active Ohio Medical License.
• Primary care experience preferred.
• Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Certification.
• DEA Registration.

Seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with primary care experience to provide onsite medical services for an adult male incarcerated population at Lebanon Correctional Institution.Key Responsibilities
