- Flexible scheduling: Available 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.
- No call, nights, or procedures required.
- Complete 6–9 pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations per day.
- No prescribing or treatment plan modifications are necessary.
- Travel assistance is available.
- Opportunities include full-time, part-time, PRN, and ongoing coverage.
- Expedited credentialing with an average turnaround of 3–5 weeks.
Physicians will perform scheduled in-home health assessments for adult and geriatric patients, including medical history reviews, medication reconciliation, and comprehensive physical examinations. Administrative support and scheduling are fully coordinated.
This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking a flexible schedule, supplemental income, or a lower-acuity clinical role.
Multiple locations are available, allowing providers to select their preferred counties and coverage areas.
