A community-focused healthcare organization in Woodsville, New Hampshire, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide compassionate, patient-centered psychosocial care as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Position Highlights:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and support care planning
