- Multiple Family Medicine Physicians
- Permanent
- Outpatient Only
- Community Health Center / FQHC Setting
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour day shifts
- Option for 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts)
- Board Certified Family Medicine OR
- Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- New Graduates Welcome
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Outpatient only
- Scheduled patients only
- Approximately 20–25 patients per day
- Primary Care
- Behavioral Health
- Dental Services
- EPIC
- Established community health organization with 30+ years of service
- 6+ clinic locations in the region
- Team includes 30+ Primary Care Physicians and APPs
