Please ask about our generous referral fees! o Permanent job opening o Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician o Outpatient primary care opportunity o No inpatient responsibilities o No weekends o Open to experienced physicians, as well as 2026 and 2027 residents o No visa sponsorship available
o Schedule: • Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 8:00a-5:00p • Tuesday: 8:00a-7:00p
o Join an established practice with: • Four primary care physicians • One physician assistant • Collaborative clinical and support staff
o Responsibilities Include: • Preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery • Management of acute illnesses and injuries • Medication management and routine vaccinations • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing • Specialist referrals as appropriate • Accurate and timely medical documentation • Leadership and direction of clinical and administrative staff • Participation in value-based care and quality initiatives
o Requirements: • MD or DO • New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain) • Board certified or board eligible • Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency • DEA registration • BLS certification • EMR experience preferred

• Organization Information: o Compensation range: $225,000-$350,000 o Compensation based on experience, productivity, and percent of net collections o Comprehensive benefits package available o Health, dental, disability, malpractice, and additional coverage options o Benefits are customizable to meet your family's needs o $2,500 annual CME allowance o Four weeks PTO to start o 401(k) with company match: • Company matches $0.50 on the dollar for contributions between 3%-5% • Up to 3% company match
