Locum Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
A well-established primary care practiceNJ is seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician for ongoing coverage beginning ASAP. This outpatient-only opportunity offers a collaborative environment with a team of five physicians and one advanced practice provider serving an adult and geriatric patient population.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours until 7:00 PM on Tuesdays. Physicians can expect to see approximately three patients per hour in a modern clinic equipped with 13 exam rooms, on-site laboratory services, and Athena EMR. Responsibilities include adult outpatient primary care, EKG interpretation, management of acute blood pressure and volume-related issues, employment physicals, and disability examinations. No call, hospital duties, ED coverage, code response, or provider supervision is required.
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey medical license
- Board Certified preferred; strong Board Eligible candidates considered
- Local provider required
- NPDB Self-Query dated within 30 days of presentation required
- BLS and ACLS preferred
