Position: Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chinese/English bilingual Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population across multiple clinical sites in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment and follow-up care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records
• Provide patient education, preventive care counseling, and health promotion guidance
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable healthcare laws and policies
• Manage patients across all age groups and support continuity of care across visits and care settings

Qualifications

• Active New York State medical license (MD or DO required; NP where applicable)
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
• Strong experience in outpatient clinical practice preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
• Strong commitment to quality care and patient-centered practice
