• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Practice Details

• State-of-the-art outpatient clinic located in the vibrant Tuscan Village development
• Modern facility opened within the last 3 years
• Average Patient Volume: 16 patients per day
• 30-minute appointment slots
• Bread-and-butter Family Medicine practice
• Patient Population: Pediatrics through Adults
• Providers needed to help support an established practice currently at capacity

Support Staff

• 6 Physicians
• 5 Advanced Practice Providers

EMR

• Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine required
• Internal Medicine physicians will be considered if comfortable treating all ages
• Active New Hampshire license preferred
• IMLC candidates with Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand will be considered
• BLS Certification required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Epic experience required

Additional Information

• Outpatient-only setting
• No hospital privileges required
• Located in the highly desirable Tuscan Village area with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days, though expedited onboarding is being explored
• Providers must be able to hit the ground running in a busy primary care environment
