Seeking a physician board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Outpatient Only
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
Average Daily Census: 12-15
Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches
The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU’s or High Patient Volume
Athena EMR
DAX Software Available
Required Minimum of two+ years of experience in value base care
1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
