An excellent opportunity is available for a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established Family Medicine Residency Program in Springfield, Missouri, as an Academic Hospitalist and Core Faculty member. This role combines inpatient clinical care, resident supervision, and teaching in a supportive academic environment.

Clinical & Academic Schedule
- 8-day rotation model
- Days 1–7: Inpatient hospitalist service with resident supervision (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Evening on-call coverage as needed (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Day 8: Dedicated academic/admin day for teaching, documentation, and program work
