- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed and ongoing 32 hours per week - Locums or Temp-to-Perm
- Preferred Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm - Coverage days are flexible
- Worksite Setting: Primary Care office
- Scope of Work: Mostly routine bread and butter PC, acute, new patients, prenatal care, delivery skills
- Patient Population: Peds to geriatrics
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IN active, unrestricted license, DEA, BLS, Board Cert FM, C-section credentialed, 2+ years exp.
