Job description
Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care network in Jacksonville, Florida.
This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity with an established patient panel, APP support, strong specialist collaboration, and the stability of a physician-led health system.
What You Can Expect:
• Guaranteed base compensation starting at $260,000+ based on experience
• Additional earning potential through productivity and quality incentives
• Sign-on bonus, commencement bonus, and relocation assistance available
• Established patient panel with strong community demand
• Average 18–22 patients per day
• Outpatient-only practice
• APP and clinical support staff available
• Epic EHR system
• Shared call structure

Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license
