A thriving and stable group of 6 Physicians and 6 APPs are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their long-standing Private Practice that's been in the community for over 30 years.
This is a lifestyle position for those who want lower patient volumes, more time spent with their patients, and a better work/life balance.
The Position:
• 4-day work week option
• Private Practice has been around for 30+ years; strong sense of autonomy and patient-first mindset
• Low daily patient volumes of 14-16 per day
• Practice alongside 6 physicians and 6 APPs- 3 primary care physicians, 1 cardiologist, 1 endo, 1 wound care
• Compensation includes Base Salary of $300K with a Partnership option after 1 year, total income as a Partner exceeds $350K+
• Sign-on/Relocation of $50K, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO, and CME
