What if your next role gave you time back — time with patients, and time for your own life — steps from the Pacific? This Oceanside community health center pairs top-tier family medicine pay with a beach-town lifestyle.

A community health center in coastal North County San Diego seeks a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for its Oceanside practice. Spanish strongly preferred.

- Work alongside a dedicated, multicultural clinical team
- Your bilingual skills (preferred) deepen trust with a diverse patient community

SCHEDULE
Full-time outpatient. Schedule to be confirmed — no hospital call.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $285K–$300K+ working compensation guidance
- Comprehensive benefits; PTO; CME support; malpractice coverage
- Federal loan-repayment eligibility; mission-driven culture

REQUIREMENTS
- MD/DO, BC/BE Family Medicine
- California license (or eligible); DEA
- Spanish strongly preferred

WHY OCEANSIDE
Classic Southern California beach town — surf breaks, the historic pier, a revitalized downtown food scene — with San Diego 35 minutes south and Camp Pendleton next door. Live where the weather is perfect and the mission matters.
