Four days a week. 12-15 patients a day. If a packed schedule is pushing you to look, this hospital-employed Family Medicine role was built to give you time back, w/ the pay & incentives to match.
The Practice:
• 4-day workweek, clinic 10:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 12-15 patients/day so you can practice the way you trained, not race the clock
• Outpatient Family Medicine w/ light hospital rounding (3-5 patients) each morning
• Brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic under construction; this is a growth role, not a replacement
• Established demand means a full schedule from day one, not years spent building a panel
• Epic w/ AI-assisted documentation to cut charting time
• Collaborative team that asks for your input & values physician satisfaction
Compensation & Incentives:
• Guaranteed base salary
• $120K incentive package you tailor to your needs:
• $70K sign-on bonus
• $25K relocation
• $25K perk of your choice (home down payment, property tax offset, & more)
• Quality bonus
• $100K student loan repayment ($20K/yr x 5), or help qualifying for federal/state forgiveness
• IPERS defined-benefit pension, a rare benefit that builds lifetime retirement income
