We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Chicago, IL. This opportunity involves conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Please see below for more information.

Job Responsibilities
Perform medication and medical history reviews
Perform physical evaluations in patient homes
Average 6-9 visits per day
Provider does not prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens
Qualifications
Active Illinois State License
Working Hours
Flexible Schedule Monday-Sunday (no nights/weekends)

Start Date: 7/1/2026
