About the Position
* Outpatient Family Medicine practice
* Team includes 3 physicians and 2 full-time APPs
* Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
* Call schedule: 1:3
* Appointment types include:
* Acute visits, follow-ups, and new patients
* Physical exams and preventive care
* Pediatric care
* Women’s health (paps and pelvic exams)
* Minor procedures (I&D, joint injections)
Technology & Support
* EPIC electronic medical record system
* AI-assisted documentation tools (Abridge)
* Fluency dictation available
* Dedicated “Inboxologist” support (PAs assisting with inbox management)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
* Perform routine procedures and preventive care services
* Supervise and collaborate with APPs and clinical staff
* Educate patients and families on health management
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
* Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan
* DEA and controlled substance registration required
Compensation & Benefits
* Two-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential
