* Primarily outpatient practice with optional inpatient/procedural work
* Flexible schedule with 4- or 5-day workweek
* 36 patient contact hours per week (1.0 FTE)
* Team-based model with 2 physicians and 4 APPs
* Call rotation of 1:10 with nurse-supported system
* Advanced tools including Epic EMR, DAX Copilot (AI), and Dragon dictation
