Overview:
* Outpatient-only primary care practice
* Care for patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics
* Join established, collaborative team-based practice environment
* 4-day work week with flexible clinic scheduling
* 32 patient-facing hours per week within 40-hour schedule
* Average patient volume of 15-20 patients per day with opportunity to grow
* Team-based care model designed for efficiency and provider support
* Fully integrated Epic EMR
* Onsite ancillary services include: Radiology, Lab, Physical Therapy, ENT coverage (weekly rotation) and Orthopedics coverage (weekly rotation)
* Opportunity to incorporate additional clinical interests including: Concussion management, IUD/Nexplanon placement and Pessary care
