Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care from birth through adulthood
* Diagnose and manage:

* Preventive and wellness care
* Address physical, emotional, and social health needs
* Coordinate specialty referrals and multidisciplinary care as needed
* Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
