Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care from birth through adulthood
* Diagnose and manage:

* Address physical, emotional, and social health concerns
* Coordinate specialty referrals and multidisciplinary care as appropriate
* Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
* Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program
* Eligible for unrestricted licensure in Michigan
* Controlled Substance License eligibility required
