Job Responsibilities
• Manage and grow an assigned patient panel while delivering continuity of care.

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Active Washington medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Current DEA registration and ACLS certification.
