About the Opportunity:

• Join an independent, community-focused healthcare system serving Oregon communities
• Established outpatient primary care practice with immediate patient demand and a fully built patient panel
• Full-spectrum Primary Care opportunity with the ability to care for patients across all ages
• Strong focus on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and long-term patient relationships
• Four clinic days per week with one dedicated administrative day
• 40-hour work week with:
  • 34 hours of direct patient care
  • 6 hours of protected administrative time
• Comprehensive scope of practice including:
  • Preventive care and wellness visits
  • Chronic disease management
  • Acute and same-day care
  • Women's and men's health
  • Minor in-office procedures
  • Behavioral health support
  • Care coordination and specialist referrals
  • Immunizations and preventive screenings
• Established patient panel transitioned to incoming physician
• Integrated EPIC EMR across the healthcare system
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care teams
• Modern outpatient clinic infrastructure
• Strong physician autonomy with supportive administrative leadership
• Established referral and care coordination pathways

Compensation:

• Base salary of $325,000
• wRVU productivity incentive opportunity

Candidate Parameters:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or internal Medicine
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
• ACLS certification
• Comfortable practicing broad-spectrum Primary Care
• Passion for rural and community-based medicine
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuity of care
• Team-oriented physician with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to participate in neonatal call coverage
