This role supports an urgent care service providing evaluation and management of unscheduled, episodic medical needs. The position offers a structured shift model, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the opportunity to rotate across multiple urgent care sites within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Residency training in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Clinical background in urgent or acute care settings.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model.

• Skill in managing a broad range of acute, non-emergent conditions.
• Ability to maintain efficient patient flow within a shift-based schedule.
• Capacity to collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical support staff.
• Effective communication with patients and care teams.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based urgent care.
