We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Mansfield, LA. This opportunity involves conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Please see below for more information.

Practice Setting: Home Health
Coverage: Scheduled + No Call
Job Responsibilities
• Perform medication and medical history review during each visit
• Complete physical evaluations in health plan members' homes
• Average 6–9 visits per day
• Providers do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens
Qualifications
• Board Certification required
• Active Louisiana state license required
• DEA not required
Working Hours
No nights or weekends required
5x8D shifts
