The physician stepping into this role will be replacing a long-standing Medical Director who is deeply loved by the patient base, making bedside manner and personality extremely important.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the clinical and regulatory leader of the practice
Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards
Review treatment plans, protocols, and clinical services
Maintain evidence-based standards of care and patient safety
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence
Provide direct patient care in:
Functional Medicine
Hormone Therapy
Weight Management
Longevity & Preventative Medicine
Qualifications
✔ MD or DO
✔ Board Certified – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
✔ Active Florida Medical License
✔ DEA Registration
✔ Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Comfortable in fast-paced private practice environment
✔ Passion for preventative, patient-centered healthcare
Working Hours
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
Daytime Clinic Hours
No Hospital Call
No Overnight Coverage
Onsite Position Only (No Remote)
Skills
✔ Prior Medical Director experience
✔ Functional / Integrative Medicine background
✔ Hormone Optimization experience
✔ GLP-1 / Weight Loss Medicine exposure
✔ A4M certification or interest
✔ Interest in longevity, anti-aging, and wellness medicine
✔ Entrepreneurial or growth-minded personality
