Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a long-term outpatient locum tenens assignment in Georgia.
The ideal provider must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages, with Family Medicine or Med/Peds training highly preferred. This outpatient-only opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule with no call responsibilities, seeing approximately 20 patients per day using Epic EMR, with coverage starting ASAP and continuing through September 30, 2026.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
Collaborate with an experienced support staff including RNs, MAs, PA/NPs, and office personnel
No hospital privileges, admissions, inpatient rounding, or supervision responsibilities required
Complete mandatory Epic training after credentialing approval
Qualifications
Active Georgia medical license required
BLS Certification required
Family Medicine or Med/Peds training preferred
Must be comfortable treating all age groups
Previous Epic experience preferred but not required
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No Call

Comfortable seeing pediatric through geriatric patients
Experience managing chronic and acute conditions
Efficient documentation and EMR navigation skills
Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
