• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive healthcare, wellness counseling, and patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) for accurate documentation and care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community healthcare programs

Job Responsibilities
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans for patients
• Prescribe medications and administer appropriate medical treatments
• Provide preventive care and behavioral health support
• Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and inpatient services when necessary
• Collaborate with behavioral health and wellness teams for integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation using EHR systems
• Participate in peer reviews, clinical audits, and quality improvement activities
• Supervise and mentor mid-level providers, residents, and medical students when applicable
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage on a rotational basis
• Support clinic operations and provide coverage for fellow clinicians as needed
Qualifications
• Active and unrestricted California Medical License required
• Active and unrestricted DEA License required
• Board Certification required
• Strong knowledge of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• Understanding of local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Multilingual skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese preferred
