• Flexible scheduling: 7a–7p | Mon–Sun
• No call, nights, or procedures
• 6–9 in-home health evaluations/day
• No prescribing or treatment plan changes required
• Travel/lileage/lodging assistance available
• Full-time, part-time, PRN, and ongoing coverage options
• Fast credentialing: ~3–5 weeks
Physicians will conduct pre-scheduled in-home evaluations including medical history review, medication reconciliation, and physical assessments for adult/geriatric patient populations. Support staff and scheduling assistance provided.
Ideal for providers seeking flexibility, supplemental income, or lower-acuity work.
Multiple locations available — providers may choose preferred counties/coverage areas.
