Prime Physicians is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join the Yakama Indian Health Center in Toppenish, Washington. The Yakama Indian Health Center operates as a patient-centered medical home serving approximately 10,800 patients and is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare with cultural respect and community focus.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings
Order and interpret labs, imaging, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies
Develop evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications
Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health record
Coordinate care with behavioral health, specialty providers, and care teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and medical staff meetings
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and patient safety standards
Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state accepted)
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Minimum of five (5) years of post-residency clinical experience
Ability to successfully complete IHS credentialing and privileging
Working Hours
No call responsibilities
