Primary Care Physician – Concierge Model

Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Compensation: Starting at $225,000 annually (increases upon reaching full panel)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4½ Patient-Facing Days + ½ Day Administrative | Outpatient Only

At She Recruits, we are proud to represent a well-established, physician-led concierge medical practice in Greenville, SC seeking a seasoned Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values relationship-driven care and long-term patient impact.

This is not high-volume primary care. This is intentional medicine.

The practice operates under a membership-based model that prioritizes time, access, and meaningful patient relationships. With a strictly capped panel and extended appointment times, physicians are empowered to practice the way primary care was meant to be practiced.

Practice Model & Structure

• 8–10 patients per day
• 30, 60, and 90-minute appointment options
• Panel limited to 450 patients
• 4½ clinical days per week
• ½ day administrative time weekly
• Outpatient only
• Shared call rotation
• Courtesy hospital privileges (no inpatient rounding responsibilities)
• No physician extenders to supervise

You practice medicine. The infrastructure supports everything else.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with an emphasis on prevention and wellness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including:
  • Referral coordinators
  • Nutritionists
  • Mental health specialists
  • Integrative medicine providers
  • Exercise physiology experts
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Share equal call responsibility
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients
• Deliver proactive care with a strong focus on education and lifestyle optimization

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted South Carolina medical license
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
