Primary Care: Rural Practice opening in Reese, MI Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our rural outreach clinic in Reese, Michigan
  • This is a premier opportunity to practice "small-town" medicine with the full backing of the region‚Äôs largest and most technologically advanced healthcare system.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a standard 4.5-day work week (36 patient contact hours/4 admin hours) with no weekend or holiday requirements.
  • Reese Clinic Schedule: Monday‚ÄìThursday (8:00 AM ‚Äì 4:30 PM) and a half-day Friday (8:00 AM ‚Äì 12:00 PM).
  • Dedicated Support: Each physician is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA). The Reese clinic is also supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
  • Advanced Efficiency: Streamline your day with Epic EMR and DeepScribe AI for automated note-taking.
  • Outpatient Only: Utilize our robust hospitalist program; no hospital coverage or rounding is required.
Benefits: Excellent compensation package, including signing bonus and relocation assistance. Student loan repayment and/or educational stipends for residents and fellows. About the Group: Guaranteed Salary: Highest Base Salary in Mid-Michigan that comes with a two-year guarantee. Bonuses: $30,000 Commencement Bonus plus additional productivity (wRVU) and quality incentive opportunities. Student Loan Assistance: Up to $20,000 annually; 501(c)3 status qualifies for PSLF eligibility. Generous PTO: 37 days of paid time off annually. Additional Perks: $5,000 CME allowance, paid malpractice, and moving allowance.
