Primary Care Physician – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Location: Victorville, California
Compensation: $350,000+ (Negotiable) | Total Potential $350,000–$400,000
Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance | No Call

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics.

Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour days preferred (5 x 8-hour option available)
• Minimum 22 patients per 10-hour day
• No assigned on-call responsibilities

Practice Environment

• Outpatient-only
• Established patient base
• Strong nurse triage and telephone support
• Collaborative environment with 3 Primary Care Physicians
• 5 NP/PAs providing team-based support
• Pediatric visits supported by APPs

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive and wellness care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain timely EHR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of accredited FM or IM residency
• Board Eligible or Certified
• Active CA license or ability to obtain
• New graduates welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary $350,000+ (negotiable)
